The flat is large, set over two floors so feels more like a house, there is a seperate WC to the bathroom and also there is a private garden so barbecues galore in the summer!

I am a friendly sociable English gal who likes to be relatively quiet during the week due to work but always willing to share a beer or glass of wine and I like to go out weekends. Also to share with an equally professional friendly English guy.

Negatives - I do smoke but outside the flat in the garden and trying to give up.

Long or short term is cool - we've had 1 girl that lived with us for a year - now a great friend and 2 short tenants male & females. Couples are also a possibility but rent will be higher.
