One very large double bedroom is available in a 6 bedroom house in a residential street in Greenwich. The room is only available to professionals over 25.

The room (£650) is available from 21 March

It is a double room on the second floor and comes with a double bed and built in wardrobe; as well as a chest of drawers. It is an ensuite room with shower, toilet, and sink.

The house is very big - 4 floors in total. There is also a spacious kitchen dining area with a big garden with a BBQ. Also downstairs is a separate WC and laundry room. The rest of the floors are all bedrooms and bathrooms.

You would be sharing with 5 lovely people currently living in the house, making 6 of us in total.

We are all in our mid 20s to mid 30s, very friendly, tidy, clean and respectful of everyone's privacy in the house. We all work hard and have our own lives outside the house although occasionally have house gatherings with friends, BBQs in the garden.

Greenwich is very nice and a great place to live. Nearest station is Elverson Road DLR station - 4 min walk. Greenwich and Lewisham stations are both 10 min walk away. There are night buses almost at your doorstep and this is a very safe area in general. Shops and supermarkets nearby too.
