1 Bedroom for couple - Nunhead/Peckham
Hello- I have one bedroom to rent in a 5 bed houseshare starting on August 10th, long term for one year. The room is ideal for a couple, it is a cosy room on the front of the house on the ground floor. The room is £675 per month (£168 per week). The house is large victorian, there is plenty of space for everyone and all rooms are furnished, it also has a garden which is great in the summer and for winter bonfires. Ideally looking for some like-minded creative types but no students unfortunately. Were situated 2 minutes walk from Nunhead station (which has regular trains to Victoria, E&C and Blackfriars), 10 mins to Queens Road and 13 mins to Brockley. Telegraph Hill park is also 2 mins walk away. Were holding viewings on the 3rd August.
Rent is payed in monthly instalments of £675 excluding bills.
Bills usually come to around £50/60 per person including council tax.
The deposit is £500.
Message me for more info! Thanks.
