Nearest transport: busses within 3 min walk, Peckham rye overground 15 min walk, elephant and castle 15 min bus.

House has 3 floors, a garden with a bike shed, large lounge, large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and all the cooking equipment you’ll need, two fridge freezers and room for entertaining. There is a downstairs toilet. Well heated/insulated with fast wifi.

The room is on the first floor and has its own bathroom on this floor. Room comes with a decent bed and mattress, wardrobe, drawers and bookshelves. This room will be available on the 28th June. There is also a good desk which is not part of the original furnishings however I am happy to leave it should it be required as I will not be needing it.

The present housemates are all very relaxed and happy to spend time together. House bbqs, movies and nights out happen when schedules align. The bedrooms are massive so there is plenty of room for you to do your own thing.
