Spacious nice double room

Hey guys, we are looking for relaxed but as well responsible person to move in to a nice room asap.
The location is good. we have a train every 15min (if no delays) just one stop to London Bridge, 3 night buses, less than 17min by walk/6min by bus to Canada Water.(Surrey Quays a bit less).
We love music, so day times might be a bit loud but evening times we are more quite ( if it's not a weekend). We usually don't do parties at home unless it's pre-drink before going out on weekends. Still not too crazy.
We are looking for a person which who would be nice to have a drink or a dinner once in a while. Of course we would totally respect your personal space and wouldn't be knocking on your doors to drag you out to chat with us, haha.
