Great transport links to West End via Jubilee line or North or South London via London Overground plus link to Elizabeth line from Whitechapel Excellent bus service 1 minute from house connects to Tubes, or continue to Victoria or Waterloo. Local ferry takes you to Canary Wharf (5 minutes crossing) & Waitrose, M&S & Designer shops plus exciting places to eat & drink. Trendy Saturday market by Canada Water Library too.

Rotherhithe is a really safe, green & tranquil area of London with lots of park space, pubs, a great cafe & Local Farm selling fresh produce. Shopping Centre close to Canada Water tube. Our house backs on to a Nature Reserve with ducks, moorhens, heron, geese, urban foxes and its own village pond plus lots of birdsong in the mornings.

Your room is complete with bed and under bed storage, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk with chair. You have shared fridge and storage space in kitchen plus fair use of washing machine & dryer. You have use of the kitchen to cook on hob or Air Fryer and are also welcome to use our garden space to relax. The bathroom with overhead shower is shared with one other person; the family have a separate bathroom. All Bills & Council Tax included.

We are small business owner & ex-teacher plus one 27 year film grad son, We love different cultures: our cuisine is not typically British! We are happy to welcome students/professionals. Many previous lodgers have stayed more than 1 year here!!
