Double fully furnished bedroom available in split level flat in sought after Georgian garden square, with good transport links into central London.

First floor includes a spacious open plan sitting room (with dining area and sofas), and a well equipped kitchen - all with wooden floors, big sash windows and high ceilings, giving lots of natural light. Bathroom with shower.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor at the top of the house. The bedroom for let has plenty of storage space and a window onto a small roof area - great for relaxing on in the warmer months (there's also a garden square, which we are allowed to use).

Easy to get into town (Kennington tube: 8 min walk; Elephant and Castle: 12 min walk; lots of buses from Walworth Road). There are plenty of amenities close by - including Morrisons, M and S, and Tescos.

It's my own flat, so I have spent some time on giving it character, and making it a comfy, cosy home.

I am a documentary journalist and am quite busy during the week. I'm sociable - would enjoy to cook/ have a glass of wine/ watch a film together, but am also quite independent and like my own space at times. Looking for someone with similar living ideas, who is clean and tidy.
