Girlie penthouse May sublet ✨

Looking to fill the short let on my bedroom for the month of May (also have a permanent room opening June!)

The bedroom is a double bed with bed sheets and towels ready for your use. The main bathroom will be shared with one other and there’s a second toilet next to the living room. The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the essentials. The rent is £950 per month plus bills, the deposit is £1000 to secure the room and guarantors are accepted. Dates can be flexible

Preerably be a working professional, non smoking.

You’d be joining my gorgeous flatmates Zainab and Racha in this freshly renovated, split level, penthouse home- 30 minutes from Soho 💖 Both are young professionals looking for someone clean and friendly

We’re right on the brand new Elizabeth line (it’s beaut!) it takes 20 mins to Tottenham Court Road, 8 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 mins to Liverpool Street. We also have the DLR (20 mins to Stratford, 28 mins to Bank) and overground (22 mins to London Bridge). These are all under 10 minutes walk away. We’re the first to live here since it’s been completely renovated and we absolutely love it!

The house is kept VERY clean and tidy (these pics are literally what it looks like day to day, yes even the kitchen 😂) - great if you're also someone who loves to live in a super clean, always tidy, minimalist, modern home (eg. we even put the toaster away in the cupboard when not in use).

The girls occasionally work from home so are looking for someone who also doesn’t work from home more than 2 days a week (to keep fair use of the communal areas) - sorry no couples, female only

We have a weekly cleaner and I also keep all the toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags, hand soaps, cleaning products, air fresheners etc stocked at no extra cost- so gone are the days of arguing over who buys the toilet rolls!

There’s high speed wifi across two channels. A Co-op two minutes walk away and Tesco megastore 7 mins walk away. Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney plus and Spotify logged in on the TV for your use.
