Large double room in 2 bed great location flat

I have a double fully-furnished room in a 2-bed first floor flat in the Woolwich Arsenal site. My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to share with me.

The room's a large double sized. The flat has BT broadband, Sky TV a microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. It also has loads of crockery and cutlery, so basically the only thing you'd need to bring would be bedding or there's plenty of space for everything else.

The Arsenal is a great site, and definitely one of Woolwich's best bits with cafes/deli's and bars on site. there is also a huge amount of landscape spots around to have a picnic o/ sunbathe on! Security is great / and telephone entry systems in place there is also a residents' gym and beautician on site. The area has very good transport links. short walk is the overground/DLR station, which gets you London Bridge in 18 minutes, there are also buses to pretty much everywhere in SE London. Finally, the Thames Clipper ferry stop is two minutes' walk away. There is a designated parking space available to rent.

I'm work in central London. I'm friendly with a sense of humour, and keep things tidy without getting anal about it.
I've put 'no pets' because my lease doesn't technically allow them, but the lease says if we get permission pets are allowed so if necessary we can only ask!!

Oh suppose I should say I never put the heating on the flat is so warm and there are great views of London from all windows.
