We have recently purchased our 3 bed maisonette / house on a nice quiet residential road and are looking for someone to rent our double or single room on a Monday through Friday basis.
We are easy going individuals and have lived in shared rented housing for many years so are used to sharing our space with others. We both travel overseas with work on a regular basis so you will have your own personal space in the house.
The house is 10 -15 minutes from either Anerley or Kent House station giving access to Waterloo and Victoria in 45 to 50 minutes.
