Looking for a housemate. Seeking a fun, tidy and easy going, housemate who is okay with friends coming over. Preferably a student or young professional who likes socialising and chilling.

Fully furnished house including living room and garden. The room is a large single, with a double bed, drawer and clothes rack. The second is a attic conversion double with bed with under storage, desk and clothes rail.

The house is between lower Sydenham and Sydenham station and with good bus connections. There are also lots of shops, gyms, salons and supermarkets nearby.

Move in date (one week notice).

All bills included except Council Tax.
