Within easy walking distance of local shops. Nearby buses towards Greenwich Town Centre and up to the larger shops like Asda and Argos as well as the O2 arena. Night bus runs every 20 mins from 5 mins away towards central London.

The flat has pretty much everything - TV, cooking equipment, Xbox etc. I am more than willing to share these with the new tenant for the duration of the contract although will be taking them when I move out at the end of the contract.

Willing to divide space equally in all communal areas to accommodate the new tenant's belongings.

The flat comes with a lovely Syrian hamster called Fudge - I will retain responsibility for cleaning her (unless the new tenant has a desperate urge to - not sure I'd recommend that) but she can be shared etc. as with the TV until I leave.

Ideally looking for someone willing to be written in to the contract to form another joint tenancy to replace the tenant who has moved out. Fixed term until July 2016 but can be broken as of 30/06/15. I think one reference is required and possibly a guarantor but that is up to the landlord - he is a very lovely guy who is helpful and will always fix issues quickly.

I am a civil servant working shifts so ideally someone who will respect the fact that I sleep at funny hours (I don't expect them to be silent but no loud parties would be appreciated). Equally, I am up for nights out/small gatherings in the flat so long as we respect the other residents. I would like to be able to be friends with the new flatmate rather than just living in the same flat - I am quite easy to get on with and do like to keep things clean, although appreciate on the odd occasion dishes may be left until the next day etc.
