Double room for student or professional

Hi,
I'm renting out a double bedroom in a two bedroom house with shared use of the kitchen (I'™m not much of a cook), bathroom, living room and garden. I'™m looking for a female flatmate.

Minimum stay at the above price is 10 months. Shorter stay available too, please get in touch for a quote.

Tastefully furnished (build in wardrobes “plenty storage space, bed, shelves, table, LCD telly, sky including pmovie pack, washing machine, dishwasher) and all inclusive (gas, electricity, broadband, sky, phone land line rental, but not the phone calls) the house is situated in a peaceful cull- de- sac, strategically placed between 3 nearby train station:
Walking distance:
Crofton Park- for Blackfrairs, Kings Cross, Kentish Town
Ladywell - London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross
Catford and Catford Bridge - for either direction
Short bus ride or brisk walk to:
Brockley or Honor Oak Park - for East London Line - Canary Wharf in 30 min and Balham and Clapham Junction in 30 min.
Lewisham “ for Victoria, Canary Wharf via DLR, Cannon Street and Charing Cross directions.
Short bus ride to Greenwich and Golsmith Universities, easy access for universities in Central London.
You will be sharing the house just with one person: me. I travel a bit, I'm a serious, quiet and tidy person.
I do enjoy a good book, a good film and sometimes a good glass of wine and a night out, but I will not come at 5 in morning in a boisterous party mood, those days are long gone.
