Transport links are fantastic. Elephant & castle in 10 mins, Blackfriars in 12 mins, Brixton tube in 10mins.
Sharing with a professional male who works in TV & Film.
There is an abundance of kitchen, living room & dining room amenities including TV, music, etc. The garden is very large and about to be renovated, it will be half wooden-decked and it has a bbq area.
The kitchen is a small galley style with lots of light and stone stairs down to the private garden.
I'm looking for male or female, professional only, no DSS.
