I have a double room @ £520 per calendar month, to let in a fully furnished and spacious 2 bedroom flat. The flat is in a quiet street very close to Bellingham train station (6-7 min. walking), 15 min. to Catford and Catford Bridge train stations, 5 min. walking to Catford Bus Garage (buses n. 171, 199, 136, 185, 75, etc…) which gives you really good access to central London.
The flat is clean, bright and in good condition. There are two double bedrooms in the flat and a separate lounge, bathroom and a fully equipped shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge, hob, oven, etc. The flat comes with a large TV and Wi-Fi connection. The flat also has parking space at the back of the building and free parking on the street.
All the bills (electricity, water, council tax, heating, internet, TV license) are included so all you pay is the rent. The kitchen is already stocked with pans, plates, etc., so all you need to move in is your pillow!
I'm looking for a female who is clean and tidy, professional and who can take care of a nice flat.
Deposit of £500 and references required.
