Room available in a huge and very friendly house

House is located a 10 – 15 minute walk from Hither Green station and has great bus links to Lewisham, Blackheath, Catford and beyond. Train go to Lewisham (4 minutes), New Cross(7 minutes) , London Bridge (10 minutes), Waterloo East (15minutes) and Charing Cross (18 minutes. Trains run frequently and the last train at night runs until 12. 55. We are also on a night bus route. Central London is a 40 - 45 Minute bike ride.

The house is huge with a large kitchen and dining area, a separate lounge, a washing room, spare room, two bathrooms and a huge garden. We have WIFI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine etc.

The bedroom is very large with wooden floors, a double bed, wardrobe and a sofa. It was decorated about two years ago.

We are a socialable house whilst also allowing for us to all be independent from each other. With occasional dinner’s house parties, barbeque and drinks, we would like someone who would like to be involved in the house.

Laura is a wardrobe mistress at English National Opera.
Bram is a Research associate in Robotics at Kings University
Laurence is a children’s theatre professional who does loads of projects all over the place.
Ben works in IT in Canary Wharf.
Tricia is a musical theatre actress who is currently working on a Dirty Dancing tour.

Ideally we would like a girl as it is a girl who is moving out, however we don’t mind too much!
