The current residents also would welcome a coffee catch-up or dinner together every now and then. But you will have your independent space, with separate entrance and exit, so you may not even see them at all, if not arranged in advanced! You can access the garden through the side walk. The rent is £1000 pm for one person, £1100 for a person and a pet and £1200 for couples. Deposit would be one months rent.

Pets are welcome (depending on the kind and size). But you are expected to take care of the litter and return the furniture as they were passed to you. There is a forest next door that you can walk your dog! 😊
