THE CURRENT FLATMATE
I am a young professional working at a UK University and currently living in the flat for almost 10 years. Im looking for a flatmate with a positive, clean and considerate attitude! I am quiet as a person and usually like to read/watch movies at home after work and go out during the weekends. I work mostly from home so a considerate roomate is appreciated - a relatively professional atmosphere to be maintained during working hours.
I'm looking for someone who would prefer a quieter flat, this is definitely *not* a Party flat - like minded people will be preferred. I would love to have a roommate that i can have the occasional chat and hang out with.
If you are using the room as an office (fully remote job/ wfh) then the price is higher.
