Double bedroom in 4 bed house- short term let

Double room to let in a smart, but comfortable, 4 bedroom house just off Clapham Common Northside. The room has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. Rent includes all bills and wifi, along with a cleaner.

I would prefer someone who is clean and tidy, friendly and independent. I am looking for someone who requires a 1-6 month let only, and a Monday- Friday let within this time frame would also be available. Dog lover essential, as I have a small (friendly) dog! Am also happy to consider someone with a dog of their own, but strictly no cats unfortunately as my dog is not a fan!

There is a shower room and bathroom, and a small garden at the property. Parking does require a permit, but the house is well situated for transport links, being equidistant between Clapham Junction and Clapham Common tube. Either are a 10-12 minute walk, or a 5 minute bus journey. All the amenities of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road are on the doorstep.
