Double room in spacious flat off Northcote Rd

ABOUT THE FLAT
I am moving out of the UK for work and I am leaving my room in a flatshare of 2. The flat as a whole is an absolute winner - very big living room, large kitchen, nice modern bathroom and the location almost can’t be beaten - 10 mins walk from Clapham Junction station and a short walk from your choice of Wandsworth and Clapham Commons. Not to mention Northcote Road with its many appealing bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars. Some furniture has changed since the pictures where taken in the living room but there is still a TV, the green carpet, one sofa and a book shelf in the living room.

The available bedroom itself is quite regular. Depending on the direction of the bed you can easily fit a desk and chair (see picture 3). All the furniture will stay except the desk and chair., unless you would like to keep it.

The room is £1000PCM (bills are additional - approx £136 total - gas/electric/water/wifi/council tax) with a 2 month mutual break clause.

Your name would replace mine on the contract for a £50 fee and subject to some agency checks.

The room can be available from 1st of May, final move in date to be agreed and dependent on completion of agency checks and agreement on transfer of deposit.

ABOUT THE FLATMATE
Flatmate is a 26yo laid-back professional, working in the film industry, partially from home and at the office. She is really easy-going and loves watching movies, playing video games and going to concerts. In general, we liked to keep the flat a peaceful place to relax at the end of the day (not really a party flat).

Council tax band D .
