Lovely double room Clapham South area

I am sadly moving out of my lovely house share to move in with my partner after living here for 3 years! You will be moving in with 4 professionals, all late 20s and early 30s. Everyone is really friendly and chilled, in the office a couple of times a week and wfh the rest. We are looking for someone to fill the room who is clean and tidy, happy to share a glass of wine and watch Netflix but also has things going on outside of the house!

The house is huge, over 4 floors with a little garden. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person, bathroom located next to the bedroom. The bedroom isn’t furnished, but the rest of the house has everything you could need. The living spaces are huge, with a big kitchen and large dining room/ living room perfect for house dinners and hosting a dinner party or two 😊

I am currently in the process of buying so the dates are a bit up in the air, but we are hoping to agree to purchase from the second week of June. It may mean I can’t currently give you an exact date, so we may have to be a little flexible but I am aiming to move around 15th June. We have earmarked Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th May for veiwings to coordinate busy schedules and hopefully give everyone a chance to meet everyone! Please let me know which day you would prefer 🙂
