Lovely double room to rent in our apartment in Nine Elms close to the main transport hub of Vauxhall train/tube/bus station & Battersea Power Station tube station and a short walk to Battersea Park, several bus routes right outside & close to the Thames.

We have for rent a room in our light, airy, modern new build apartment with all day sun and a spacious kitchen/living/dining room, with a decent sized balcony.

All bills included within the rent for the room, including super fast 150mb Wi-Fi, water, electricity, heating, council tax & fortnightly cleaner, because we are the live-in landlords there are no hidden or agency fees.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, mirrored double door wardrobe, desk, chair, bookcase & small TV unit (TV not included). You will also notice from the photos there are several pieces of gym equipment in the room - so we are ideally looking for somebody who has an interest in using the equipment with a potential of working out together some evenings – I don’t use this as much as I used to but would be keen to start up again.

The flat has a large modern kitchen, with contemporary modern furnishings throughout, shared bathroom & living area.

We are a couple with a small dog (a whippet) who is very well behaved and doesn’t bark, so of course a tenant who is comfortable with dogs is preferred. We like to keep the place tidy and quite minimal so are looking for someone who also lives tidily.

The area is a new up and coming development with new restaurants, bars & several supermarkets very close by, a short walk to the new Battersea Power Station development which also has the two new Northern Line tube stations.

We are happy to either meet at the property or do a video tour initially if you prefer.

Available to move in any time in June, we are flexible!
