Room is unfurnished but the double bed is for sale if interested and there is a built in chest of drawers within the room. The shared bathroom with a shower is next to the room and another bathroom is on the top floor with a bath.

The house is large, bright and really social. With a large kitchen to enjoy cooking in and a living area, to relax and socialise/host in . There is also a back garden to bbq and enjoy the summer months in too. The house has all key facilities and also a basement, which is good for storage.

Bill are not included but split and organsied by the household together each month.

Sugden road is a 20min walk to clapham common underground station and around a 20min walk to Clapham junction and there are plenty of bus routes to travel easily around. Clapham common is also at the end of the road and battersea park, a short walk away.

Current housemates are all professionals, working in the city (with a mix of hybrid roles) and there are currently two males and one female who will be moving in at the same time.
