A comfortable good size double room in the spacious and tastefully decorated house sits in SW15, Putney area, one of the most desired neighborhoods of southwest London. The house is located in a leafy, quiet, resedential, pleasant and safe area, , very close to the tranquil Richmond Park and picturesque Thames River bank at Barnes - both are 10 mins' stroll away. The room is avaiable from the end of July, possible earlier if needed.

This room suits an individual who is responsible, reliable, holds a high standard on cleanliness and tidiness, not only in his own space, but more importantly in shared spaces, someone who is willing to contribute to routined shared responsibilities of the housework to make the house a pleasant to live.

Availability and Cost

The room is available from the end of July could be earlier if needed, the rent is 850 per month, plus the bills around 70-80 pounds. If you are an exceptional housemate and this is over your budget, there will be some flexibility.

Houmates

You will share the house with 3 males, in their early 20s, working at quantitative analyst and surveyor, who are warm, open, considerate, respectful. They get along very well and formed a bond between them, often cook, eat and hang out together.

Transportation

It has excellent public transport links access to central London, approx. 18 mins on the train to Waterloo station from Barnes Station, a short walk from the House. Alternatively, you can get to central London by tube from East Putney or Putney Bridge Tube Stations, both nearby.

A short stroll to the picturesque Royal Richmond Park, a perfect place for running, walking, cycling and picnic; you can find the variety of independent shops and chains on the main streets nearby within as short walk.
