Huge Double Room in Barnes

Hey,

We are looking for someone new to join our fun, friendly, sociable house share! We are 4 professional fun-loving girls and we are looking for a 5th housemate to join our lovely home!

About us: We all work in different jobs in London but it's the usual 9-5. We all have busy lives but are really good friends and we do house nights and as and when people are free we go out and socialise or do things together -€“ we have some great local pubs!

About you: To keep with the current dynamic we are only looking for professional females. Whilst we appreciate everyone has their own lives, we also want a social person who will want to get involved with the house every now and again or even just sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine and talk about the day!

We treat this house like a home and we want the new housemate to give it the same love. We keep the house clean and so we want someone who will also look after it.

The house: The house is lovely, and really spacious with a huge shared living room, and lovely kitchen. We have a great garden, which we have spent many a weekend enjoying and have had a couple of great BBQs! There are 5 bedrooms of varied sizes, one with an en-suite. The other 4 bedrooms share the main shared bathroom with shower, and there is also a third toilet room downstairs.

We have furnished the house ourselves so you will need to sort yourself with a bed but there are huge built in wardrobes and drawers in the room so plenty of storage space! The room really is huge (room 3 in the floor plan) so would suit someone who wanted a lot of space.

Sorry but this room is NOT available to couples.

The house is located within short walking distance of Barnes rail station (approx. 6 minute walk) where there are very regular trains to London Waterloo (23mins journey). There are a number of busses which pass the end of the road including 24hour 72 and night bus N74. In addition, East Putney and Putney tube station are within easy reach and if you have a car there is plenty of parking and easy access to the A3, M4, M3 etc.

The important stuff: The room is available from August 23rd. Rent is £563 per month - we pay rent in advance so you will need to pay 1 month rent plus deposit of £754.

Rent does not include bills, but we each pay £75 into a bills account each month which covers everything including gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, sky plus and any house bits we need.

So all in for you will be £638 each month!

The house is managed through an agency, and as a result there are fees associated with credit checks and contract change fees.
