En-Suite Double Room in Norbury (Furnished)

We are looking for a female or couple to come and live with me and my bf. My bf works away most weeks and is mainly around on weekends. We have a very nice flat here in Norbury which has been done up with a new kitchen, flooring, bathrooms and paintwork. The flat has very good energy and you would have a double room with en suite all to yourself, with plenty of storage for all your things. The kitchen / living room area is spacious and we welcome you to use our Netflix / Sky TV / Disney / Prime packages. The flat is always warm, it is never cold here in winter. For summer we have an AC unit so we can stay very cool.

We are a 3 minute walk from the train station and local shops. The train will get you into Central London (Victoria) in 20 mins.

The area is very nice with green spaces to the front of the property and communal gardens. The park is a 4 min walk and has a large green space.

Requirements:

We are expecting a baby, the person joining us would have to have some tolerance for a crying baby. Like I said, the flat is very spacious, we have solutions to make this manageable.

We also are a pork free household, there are plenty of Turkey / chicken alternatives we can recommend.
