1 Room - Lovely House Share Tooting/Colliers Wood

Hi there!

We have 1 double room to rent in a newly renovated house.

Current split is 2 guys 3 gals and one gal is moving out so we’re looking for a guy/gal to come join our sociable home - the vibe is very chilled and are looking for someone who wants to make it a home (we don’t all hide in our rooms and enjoy going to the pub/meals out together).

Sophie is a nutritionist, loves wild swimming, plays all forms of rugby, and can often be found cooking/baking or hiking when she’s not whizzing around a rugby pitch.

Jack is a journalist, big footie and film fan, and loves eating what Sophie bakes.

Ben is a sports/event photographer and enjoys playing tag rugby and being social!

Rach works in renewable energy, she can usually be found outside (preferably in the sea!) loves playing sport and travelling.

The house is conveniently located in between Tooting Broadway and Colliers Wood tube stations. Location-wise you can get to Oxford Circus and London Bridge in about 40 minutes from Colliers Wood station, Tooting Overground is also a 5 minute walk away.

We have an open plan big living room / kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 have showers) and a garden.

We have all the regular amenities and white goods you'd expect in a house share: washer, dryer, broadband & dish washer. There is permit parking available outside the property if you have a car.

The nearest shop is a corner shop which is literally next door. For bigger food shops, we're a 8 min walk from Lidl and then a 10-15 walk from a Sainsbury's, Aldi & Tesco. There are also various parks & green spaces some only a 5/10 min walk away.

Council tax is paid with rent monthly.. Water, Gas, Electricity, and Internet are paid on top - around £60, pretty reasonable as split by 5.

A fortnightly cleaner (all communal areas) is included in the rent.
