About Our House

Only two people to each bathroom!!

A refurbished, spacious semi-detached Victorian house situated on a quiet tree lined street. The property is set over 3 floors with large kitchen/diner, living room with large flat screen TV, 3 bathrooms (one with sunken bath!) & 5 bedrooms with French doors/juliet balconies overlooking the garden, wi-fi broadband etc. The house is sizable so we never feel like were tripping over each other. Kerbside parking is available with permit.

Your Room

A large double room with warm oak timber floor, three picture windows so lots of light if needed. Ensuite bathroom. Decorated tastefully & furnished to include super king size bed, built in wardrobe, pine wardrobe & chest of drawers, bedside cabinets etc. There is your own bathroom so no need to queue in the mornings.

The Housemates

A friendly household of busy professionals who get on and know when to respect each others need for own space.
All work hard during the week & like to chill out in the evenings/weekends, we know what it is to need a good nights sleep as well as a good night out. The place is clean & tidy, everyone chips in.

10 minutes walk from East Putney tube, Wandsworth Town BR, and Putney BR. Excellent local shopping, sports facilities, bars & restaurants within 3-5 mins walk. Bus routes within 3 mins walk to Wimbledon, Richmond, Kingston, Clapham, Hammersmith, Fulham, Battersea & Chelsea.
