I am moving out of our six person house located in between Clapham North and Brixton. It is a three story house, with a garden and multiple bathrooms/showers. All the housemates are aged between 24-31 - some are doing master's and some are working (many in the creative sector). We are social and do house dinners and pub trips sometimes. I am moving out at the end of this month, so tenancy would begin 1st May. We already have Wifi and the rest of the bills set up - so you would be able to set up a standing deposit to the other housemates for this. The landlady requires a months rent for a deposit.
