The Georgian period house has been tastefully furnished to contemporary standards and enjoys a prime location overlooking a beautifully maintained garden square.

Nestled at the rear of the property, the room offers tranquility, and a delightful view of Battersea Power Station.
The room is clean, modern, spacious, has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, and functional table and chair.

Conveniently situated for public transport, with a mere 20-minute bus ride to Westminster and the city. Additionally, we're just a leisurely 15-minute walk from the newly developed Battersea Power Station, surrounded by an array of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars, making the neighbourhood an ideal place to call home.

With 4 nearby tube stations—Nine Elms (6 mins walk), Vauxhall (10 mins walk), Oval (10 mins walk), and Stockwell (10 mins walk)—as well as bus stops just a 3-minute stroll away, commuting couldn't be easier.
