Double room in 3 bed house with mature professionals available from late Nov

This is a nice furnished room with giant king size bed. Happy to supply spare bedding and towels if you wish. Small flat screen TV, Desk, drawers, swivel chair and clothing rail. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet plus a further guest toilet

There is a fully kitted kitchen (shared) with american double size fridge freezer, washing machine and 42" tv in the lounge

A cleaner attends the flat every other week to clean the communal areas such as bathroom toilet, lounge and hallways. ( she will clean your room for a minimum of 1 hr charge £8)

The location is great and lies between Latimer Rd tube, Holland Park tube and Shepherds Bush tube and overground all withing 8 minutes walk and serviced by 316 and the 295 bus routes. This is the perfect spot if you are a Monday through Friday commuter and need someone to park your car (free of charge)
