Gay landlord prefers a male house mate - doesn't have to be gay, but metrosexual enough for both of us to be at ease... Nice neat and tidy is a plus. :-)
The bedroom comes with an additional access to the spare room with cupboard space. It is also available as a guest room for our occasional visitors.
