W1 Large Double Room in great modern flat

My flatmates and I (3 girls) are looking for a fourth flatmate for our new place. It is located right between Oxford Circus and Regents Park so a great location! The flat has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (which you share with the other 2 girls), a large kitchen, large living room, and an outdoor patio. The free room is quite large and 225 per week (without bills). We expect bills to come to about 100 per month (being overly cautious with that amount!). The deposit is about 1, 350 as we went through a proper agency. Just to let you know up front, your room doesn't have a window (neither does mine!) as it is set in the back of the house. Personally doesn't bother me as there is a glass door right down the hallway leading to the patio and I think it keeps the heat in for the cold winters!
Us 3 girls all work and enjoy everything from playing board games to going out or just chilling in front of the tv. We are looking to create a house full of friends so if you are interested please let me know and we can arrange a viewing!
