Beautiful Bedroom Near Marble Arch/Hyde Park

I am looking for a professional flatmate to move into the second bedroom at the end of June as my current flatmate is leaving London.

It is a double room (with space for a desk) with its own bathroom outside (as shown in the photos). The property has a large and spacious living room and has recently been refurbished. It also has a small terrace overlooking the communal patio area. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, stove). The building has a 24hr concierge in a private, gated community. Westminster City council tax band F.

Fantastic transport links - 5 min walk to Edgware Road station and 10 min walk to Paddington and Marble Arch Station.

I am looking to share with someone who is respectful and clean. This is very important to me as I enjoy coming home to a tidy environment after a busy day at work. I appreciate having a good relationship with my flatmate and I am more than happy to explore London with them, cook meals together and go to a bar or a pub to socialise. I also respect and value the need for privacy.
