We have a large double room available now in a 3 bedroom two-storey flat.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and an armchair.

The flat has a big kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The main bathroom has a large bath with waterfall shower, sink and toilet. There is also a second toilet in the property. We have a small living room with a large TV, sofa and bean bag. Our private garden is medium sized and has both grass and a patio area with benches.

The property is well-located within a 5-10 minute walk of Queen’s Park station which has links to both the Overground and Bakerloo line. Similarly, the property is a 10-15 minute walk from Westbourne Park station (Circle and Hammersmith and City lines). We are situated within easy access to several bus routes including some which are 24 hours (36, 187, 31, 328, 6 and 414).

Your flatmates are Ben and Julia - two professionals in their mid/late 20s. We enjoy spending time together, having a glass of wine or cocktails, movie nights, going out for drinks, food and music as well as having some privacy.

We are looking for a professional who is also in their mid/late 20s to share our lovely house with. Ben has happily lived here for three years and Julia has lived here for about two years. Our current housemate has left to move in with her boyfriend and the room is available now.

Rent is £850 pcm excl. bills. Bills are approximately £150 pcm each – council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet, TV license and cleaner (communal areas only). Our landlord will request references and will require the deposit prior to move in date. The minimum stay is 12 months and then contract will roll monthly after that.
