Hi,
I've got a large double room available in my flat between Kings Cross and Angel. The room is a lot larger than the photo suggests (had to take a panoramic shot so the angle looks a little strange) and has a lot of storage (8 built in cupboards).
The room is available anytime from September 10 (although definintely able to be flexible on price).
The monthly price includes all bills (gas, water, electricity), plus Internet, council tax, service charge and a cleaner (note for a couple may charge £125 more per month).
The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen, a living room, and a large shared garden.
It's a fantastic location - right in the centre of London, yet set back from the main roads so it's surprisingly quiet and residential. We have a large Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, and a Sainsbury's a short walk away in Angel, a smaller Tescos and Co-op round the corner, as well as the whole of Kings Cross, St Pancras, Angel and Farringdon within 10 minutes of the flat (so transport links, restaurants, gyms, cinema etc).
I work in banking in Canary Wharf, and have lived in the flat over 6 years. I love playing rugby, hitting the gym, binge-watching Netflix or movies, and trying out new restaurants.
Ideally I'm looking to find a new friend to live with, rather than just a stranger I share a living space with.
