Room available in Clapton from 27 June

I've got a room becoming available in my 2 bed flat on the 27th of June. 🙂

The flat is in Lower Clapton near The Star of Hackney Downs.
The monthly rent is £838. The total amount – including all bills, Internet and Council Tax – should be around £1,000 (it might be +/- £20 depending on monthly bills)

It's a basement flat with private entrance, in great condition.

You'd be taking a double room, which is fairly sized but not massive *plus* an extra room to be used as dressing room/storage space. That makes things equal and balanced.

The room is unfurnished so you'd have to bring your own stuff.

You'd be living with me, Dan, a 42 yo professional who works in graphic design. I've got my own business, I love music, travelling the world, and going out.

I'm a gay man, pretty chill and tidy. I see the flat as a quiet den and not a party place.

The viewings will be held in the first week of June.
