Hello !
We are looking for a new housemate to move into the large double bedroom of our 4 bedroom house.
Room will become available from the 1st July (part furnished). Ideally would like someone to be able to commit to a full year contract.
We are three friends who grew up in the same area. 2 boys and 1 girl all between the age of 27-28 years old. We work across insurance, property and media.
We’ve been in Hackney the last year and want to renew with a new housemate (current housemate is moving in with bf). We’re looking for someone to move in and who is keen to get to know us and explore Hackney together!
Bills are an additional cost (average £110 a month) and we split house amenities (dishwasher/washing tablets etc etc).
House is just off Chatsworth road and a 10 minute walk to the canal. 2 bathrooms, large south facing garden, decent sized living room and kitchen. 12 minutes to Homerton station.
