Brightest room in Maida Vale

Hello everyone!

I am renting a room in Maida Vale for the month of June for 1000 pounds (bills included)!

The house: it consists of 4 rooms, 2 toilet rooms - one bathroom and a big kitchen (with views to a tennis court and backyards) and a living room.

The area: The most immediate area from the house is a neighbourhood which is thankfully quiet (so you get good sleep even if your bed is close to the window), very spacious and has many green areas and streets of very good restaurants. And if you walk 10 minutes, you can find the Little Venice, which is surely one of the main and closest attractions. It has a lot to offer!

Groceries: there are grocery stores 1 minute away walking from the house and alternatively also two Tescos - one 24hrs and the other one with normal opening hours - in a radio of 10 minutes walking from the house and a very convenient Aldi 12 minutes away.

Facilities: One of the best things is that the house is almost at the corner of the Paddington Recreation Ground where you can sunbathe, run, play tennis, go to an outdoor and indoor gym, or enjoy a good picnic with friends.

Transport: it is very accessible and we love that! Maida Vale Underground Station is only around 17 minutes away from Oxford Circus – direct line. Buses stops are everywhere around the property. And the Paddington Underground and Train Station is 19 minutes away walking and only 9 minutes by underground from the house.
