Very spacious central london flat

Very spacious 3 bed flat. Room is furnished including tv. Few minutes walk from maida vale station and opposite bus stop (98 and 16).

Rooms don’t include wardrobe but has space for it.

Only one bathroom but rent includes cleaner who will deep clean it and kitchen twice a month.

Open to post graduate students but no undergraduates.

I live by myself in three bed, previously with partner but he’s moved abroad for a year so happy to have a flat mate but until end of year.

Flat has a spacious living room, separate kitchen, balcony.

About myself I am 29yo female, who works in finance. I start work at 7am and finish at 5. So aside weekends and my one day a week I work from home I’m out flat a lot so lots of peace and quiet.

I also have an indoor cat. She’s a white Scottish fold and likes to keep to herself.

I’m quite busy so happy to have FaceTime initial viewings before an in person one to save some time.

Overall I’m quite easy going and looking for someone similar. If you can please send a bit about yourself too!
