Double room available on Baker Street

Hi everyone, my name is Steph, I'm 21 years old and I am a student currently studying Law. I apologise if this is a bit long but I wanted to include as much information as possible.
So a bit about me, I'm very serious about my Law degree but I also enjoy socialising and spending time with my friends. I'm a keen horse rider, skier and a big football fan (Arsenal!). I'm tidy and I am very good at sharing my space with others as I attended boarding school for 2 years (aged 16 to 18). In the week I am usually studying at uni and at the weekends I usually like to shop and go for lunch with friends. I am currently in my final year of study and the novelty of the London clubs has worn off; I still enjoy a night out occasionally but I also like having quiet nights in front of the TV too, I'm not your typical rowdy student! I am very mature and I get along with older people, so please don't be put off by my age. I'm very easygoing and I don't have any particular 'rules' really, just that you treat my home with respect. I have a cleaner that comes once a month, but there is no extra charge for this. Amenities include: washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, Sky+ TV in both bedrooms and living room, 24 hour concierge/security service and unlimited BT broadband.

The flat is right in the centre of Baker street in Chiltern Court Mansion Block, therefore everything you need is never far away. If you are unfamiliar with the area I would be more than happy to show you around. The tube station is literally a 30 second walk away and has excellent links to all areas of London. Chiltern Court Mansion Block has a 24 hour portered concierge so it is very secure; all the porters know the residents by name and anyone who doesn't live there will not be permitted access unless they are visiting or making a delivery. Visitors have to sign into the log book downstairs. There is also a door to door garbage collection service from Monday to Saturday between 6am and 9am. Also included in the servicing of the building is any parcels that may be delivered while you are out of the house are kept safely downstairs with the porters rather being sent to a collection facility.

Please note that I pay for the service charge for the building; this is NOT something you will have to pay for too, just the rental price of the room with bills included(1500pcm). Chiltern Court is relatively quiet with a mixture of families, students like myself and young professionals and usual community guidelines apply, such as keeping the noise down late at night etc. I have never encountered a problem in 3 years of living here and I doubt you will either! The staff and residents are very friendly especially if you are new to the area.

There is no 'official' parking for the building, however there is an NCP car park less than 100 yards away on Marylebone Road and residents are offered a substantial discount. I keep my car there so I can help out with this if necessary.

Ideally I'm looking to rent this room for a year or longer but short term rentals are also welcome. This room has its own bathroom next door which would be completely yours (I have my own too) a king size bed, a 32 inch bracketed plasma TV with Sky+ access, dressing table and mirror and ample wardrobe space which is also mirrored. There is also a small cupboard to store coats, umbrellas etc next to the door; the room also has its own lock and key.

The average price to rent a 1 bed flat in Marylebone (NW1) is £486pw/£1944pcm (Source - Foxtons) so I feel £1500pcm is a fair price to share this 2 bed flat; however I am open to sensible offers so drop me a message if you feel that this could be for you but would like to re negotiate the price.
