This house, where we are tenants not the landlord, is a three-bedroom terrace house in east London with 1 room free.

The house is on a quiet, residential street but is five minutes walk from Mile End station, which is on the Central, District and Hammersmith and City Lines, giving it great access to the rest of London. Just across the road from the house is Mile End Park and the area has good access to plenty of shops.

The property is perfect for three individuals sharing. The available double bedroom (bedroom 1) is located on the first floor - It is the largest room with a bed and wardrobe included.

The property has a homely kitchen (with a microwave, oven, gas hobs, washing machine and dishwasher) and a living room.

The bathroom is simple but works really well for 3 people and has a good shower and bath.

The house has a small outside-area at the back - it's really just a tiled area big enough for a table and a few chairs.

I am a friendly, 30 year old Northern Irish guy who has been living in the house for several years. The other housemate is a nice Greek guy named Giorgos. We enjoy cooking and staying in to read or watch TV during the week, and then getting out to see friends at the weekend. If having people over we like to keep it to a few rather than loads. We like to keep the house clean but not in a draconian way, more in a 'let's just keep it nice to live in' way so looking for housemates who are happy to help clean communal areas every so often :) but most importantly someone who is considerate and a bit of fun!
