Great room near Mile End & Victoria Park!

Hello,

We are looking for someone to join us in our 4 bed house in Mile End.
The house is on a quiet street and has 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, large comfy living room with sky TV, good sized kitchen/diner. The house also has a “cozy” garden with a BBQ and where we grow herbs. We keep the house pretty clean but have a cleaner come once a week to do a full clean of communal areas.

The current housemates are 3 young professionals working Monday - Friday. All three of them are friendly and easy-going, and have known each other for a while. We all like to eat and chill out watching TV together when possible or venture out to one of our great local pubs. Ideally, the person moving in would be pretty similar.

The room is available from 1 October 2016. The rent period would be for an initial six months.

The bills include water, council tax and Sky (inc entertainment channel). The quarterly gas and electric bill is not included which works out approx. £20 per month each.
