Double Room in Spacious & Friendly Mile End house

Hi! We are Amy and Amrita. We both work full time in London and enjoy going out and seeing friends in our spare time. You'll often find us about in the evenings and weekends, possibly watching some good bad telly (yes that's a thing) with a gin and tonic.

We are looking to fill the void left by our lovely housemate who is leaving us to move in with her boyfriend. Rather than just renting a room, we're after someone who wants to be part of the household and help make it a home - basically a housemate who could become a friend! Someone who is considerate of the other housemates and happy to keep the house tidy.

The room is a good size double with a window over-looking the garden. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, some shelves and still plenty of space to add your own touch. There is extra storage in the communal areas and the basement.

The house is a three bedroom spacious Victorian terrace. We have a large modern kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) with an adjoining reception room (we are crafting this into a drinks room). There is a sizeable but cosy living room with an adjoining dining room. There is a bathroom with storage and a second separate toilet. There's a lovely big back garden too, which is awesome for summer BBQs.

The house is close to lots of great pubs, Roman Road and the lovely Victoria Park. It is only a few minutes walk from Mile End Tube Station.

The rent includes all household bills including Sky TV, broadband and council tax.
