We have a single room available in a modern, clean and large 4 bedroom family home. The house is newly refurbished and in an immaculate condition.

The property includes a dining room, a very large new kitchen with brand new appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer (separate utility room).

The single room currently comprises of a single bed and a desk, however the desk can be replaced with a wardrobe or set of drawers based on your preferred option.

Vegetarian cooking only permitted (eggs are ok).

The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas and WIFI), you will also have use of a very large garden and an immaculate modern kitchen.
