Beautiful room in spacious modern flat

We are two sisters, living in North-West London, Mill Hill East area (on the Northern Line, about 20 min away from Central London). Our flat is spacious, very clean, quiet and modern (in a residential apartment block in a very quiet and green area), with two double bedrooms, huge and bright living room, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony and two bathrooms. The rent for our spare room (which is also fully furnished) is £670 bills and Wi Fi included. Very safe leafy neighbourhood- just minutes away from beautiful green spaces, pretty local park with a river, excellent walking routes, golf course, equestrian center and horses grazing in fields.

We are friendly, easy-going, both professionals. We are not very into partying and clubbing and prefer relaxing nights in. We both love traveling, reading and cooking. Yoga is also one of our passions.

The flat is close to all main transport links. There are smaller convenience shops, Post Office, Beauty Salon, 2 pretty coffee places and green grocers, and also a Waitrose, Gym, Doctors Surgeries, Mill Hill Broadway station, High Street shops at North Finchley and Finchley Central all a short bus ride away. From Mill Hill East station it is only a 20 minute ride on the tube to Central London .The bus stop is 30 seconds walk from the flat where the bus will take you to Mill Hill East tube station (which takes 4 minutes. We are well connected with bus 221, 240 and 382.
The house is also situated close to the M1 and M25 should you need a quick exit out of London by car.
