Spacious bedroom with king size upper level bed

Hi all,

I'm letting my living room / bedroom while I am traveling in May / Jun this year. So you will have the whole place to
Yourself for about 3-4 weeks depending on my travel plans.

The room has got plenty of natural light and is really spacious. The 3m high ceiling allowed my ex to build a 'hung' king size bed. Climbing up the vertical steps requires some level of fitness ;) but it is a lovely cosy bed. If you however prefer to sleep in a more conventional bed I can provide a comfortable folding double mattress.

The room is south facing so you will get plenty of light and there is a 3 seat sofa and a comfortable armchair. There's a desk space, a mid size wardrobe under the bed and I'll leave you my smart Samsung TV to enjoy.

Note that the room is connected to the kitchen diner via double glass doors so there can be some noise when the kitchen is used but that is usually minimal.

215Mbps Virgin broadband + all bills are included in the price. A girl will come to clean the flat every two weeks, which is also included in price.

You'll be sharing with me - I’m a yoga teacher and work most mornings and two tree evenings in the week.
We will be sharing the dining room/kitchen, the toilet/shower room, cellar where you have laundry & storage space and the garden.

The flat is 5 min walk to Mill Hill East station on the northern line, local buses 240, 221 and 382 stop at the door step. Waitrose and Virgin fitness club are 5min walking distance.

It's a nice little flat in a safe area and I've enjoyed living in it and sharing it over the last 16 years.
