and you can see the garden from the window.

The housemates are friendly, respectful, aged between 25-30 equally mixed people of gender, students and professionals.
Cleaner comes once weekly to maintain the communal areas.

Rent cost for a month: £815 all bills included.
(+ council tax if you are a professional) for a single occupancy.
Females preferred, but would consider males depending on the flatmates.
