The location is dreamy. You can walk to Oxford Street and Soho in 25 minutes. Primrose Hill is 5 minutes away, as is Regent's Park. Parkway, with all its nice cafés and shops, is 4 minutes north. A local Sainsbury's (open up to midnight!) is 1 minute away (useful for morning croissants and last-minute shopping), but many other supermarkets (including M&S, Whole Foods and an enormous Sainsbury's) are all within a ten-minute walk.

There are three gyms (including a Fitness First) within 3 minutes and the best one is across the street. Other tube stations nearby are Camden High Street, Camden Rd, Euston Square Station and King's Cross. The surrounding streets are packed with Victorian townhouses nested in leafy streets, which are a pleasure to walk.

The flat has a terrific layout with windows on both sides. Throughout the day it is flooded with light. It has an open kitchen that is separated from the living room by a partition so it feels like an extra room.

Hardwood floor throughout but the bedroom (where there's a comfy woollen carpet), 19th-century details and fireplace, original wooden window blinds (that cleverly slit into little recesses), queen-size bed.

The flat is located on the second floor of a Victorian townhouse. The neighbours are very quiet (not a sound after 7pm) and Morning Crescent, where the flat is located, is silent. The area is very very safe. Most of the attractions that make Camden such a vibrant place (the Blues kitchen, Koko, many many pubs and bars) are within walking distance. There's a terrific selection of restaurants nearby, including probably the best Sushi restaurant in London. Regent's Park is just behind.

The walls have been freshly repainted so when you move in it will feel like new. The flat can come either furnished or un-furnished as the landlord has a large storage space with furniture you can choose from. (if you don't like something you can also ask him to remove it)
