My garden flat is located in one of Fulhams's most sought after locations, on a quiet, tree-lined street with Bishop's Park and the river just 5 minutes walk away. There is a good selection of coffee bars, bakeries and boutique shops, as well as supermarkets to be found nearby.

The flat has wooden flooring throughout and under-floor heating in the kitchen and bathroom for that luxury touch. There is a power shower too to help get you started in the morning!

The super-sized kitchen is the icing on the cake and doubles up as a living area - It benefits from leading onto a lovely private garden which is like having an extra room- It is fitted with all mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine and 5-hob gas cooker. It also comes equipped with a deluxe, top of the range Vitamix juice and smoothie blender as well as a Jura bean-to-cup coffee machine.

The rooms currently available to rent are a small double bedroom with a double bed and a spacious floor-to-ceiling wardrobe- It faces the garden at the rear of the house and is very quiet and also a large double too with high ceilings and lovely light.

The small double is £290 per week fully inclusive of all bills and the larger double is £390 per week fully inclusive of all bills.

Deposit amount is negotiable.

The flat would suit an easy-going professional person or full time student, male or female, who likes to relax by themselves or to socialize.

Accommodation is available immediately for a few weeks up to a maximum of three months.
